Abstract: Objective: To compute the compensation amount of single and multiple impairments by a mathematic method. Method: On the basis of impairment classification and liability coefficient, a mathematic model was established. Results: The model can compute impairment compensation directly, accurately and easily.

摘要： 目的:采用数学方法计算单处和多处伤残的赔偿数额。方法:根据伤残程度等级分类和赔偿过错系数, 建立伤残赔偿计算数学模型。结果:应用所建立的伤残赔偿计算数学模型,可以直接计算单处或多处伤残的赔偿数 额。结论:伤残赔偿计算数学模型,在一定的法律规定条件下,可以准确的计算人体伤残赔偿数额,方法简便。
