Abstract: the aphakic eyes visual function assessment, is the identification of the most common problems, accurate evaluation of aphakic eye visual impairment level, facilitates the identification of scientific and objective conclusion. Aphakia affects not only the vision, it also affects vision, causing visual defect. Monocular aphakia than binocular visual symmetry lowering caused more stereoacuity damage. This paper summed up years of labor ability involved in visual dysfunction appraisal practice, firmly grasp the " vision impaired by decreasing percentages were compared ." this key, using the improved contrast of multiplication of aphakia visual function carries on the effective appraisal.

摘要： 无晶体眼的视觉功能的评价，是劳动鉴定中最常遇见的问题，准确评价无晶体眼的视觉功能障碍程度，有利于鉴定结论的科学性和客观性。无晶体眼不仅影响到视力，亦影响到视野，引起视野的缺损。单眼无晶体者较双眼视力对称性降低更易引起立体视锐度的损害。本文总结多年劳动能力中涉及视觉功能障碍鉴定实践，紧紧把握“依视力递减受损百分比进行比较”这个关键，利用改进的对比相乘法对无晶体眼的视觉功能进行有效评价。
