摘要:

目的 构建一种识别合成大麻素5F-EDMB-PICA分子结构的方法。方法 根据气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)以及谱库检索提示,对比已知物5F-MDMB-PICA的气质质谱碎片归属解析,结合液相色谱-四级杆-飞行时间质谱法(LC-Q-TOF-MS)的一级质谱拟合的分子式,推导出缴获样品烟丝内的新型合成大麻素结构,并通过文献资料得到验证。结果 对一例海关查获样品烟丝进行了检验,判定其中含有合成大麻素成分5F-EDMB-PICA结论 该方法可为解析未知合成大麻素的分子结构提供新途径。

Abstract:

Objective A method for identifying the molecular structure of synthetic cannabinoids 5F-EBMD-PICAwas established. Methods According to the GC-MS and the search of the Spectral Library, the molecular formula derived from the LC-Q-TOF-MS first-order mass spectrum of the known substance 5F-MBMD-PICA was compared and analyzed, the new structure of synthetic cannabinoids in the sample cut tobacco was obtained and verified by consulting the literature. Results A sample of cut tobacco seized by customs was determined to contain 5F-EBMD-PICA. Conclusion This method can provide a new way to resolve the structure of unknown synthetic cannabinoids.
