基于对应分析法的人体面部损伤高风险特征识别研究

Abstract: Objective Correspondence analysis was used to screen out high-risk groups and high-risk time in facial injuries. Methods This paper collected the medical records of emergent facial injuries in a comprehensive hospital in eastern China in the past three years. The data of  gender, age and treatment time of patients with facial injuries caused by strikes, falls and traffic accidents were selected and analyzed by correspondence analysis, in order to obtain the high-risk characteristics. Results Among the facial injuries caused by strikes, the high-risk group was male aged 40-49, and the high-risk time was the night of working days in spring. Among the facial injuries caused by falls, the high-risk group was children aged 0-9 and elderly people aged 80 and above, and the high-risk time is the night of rest days in summer. Among the facial injuries caused by traffic accidents, the high-risk population was female aged 50-59, and the high-risk time was the night of working days in winter. Conclusion Correspondence analysis can clearly and intuitively express the high-risk characteristics of facial injury caused by different causes. This method and results can provide reference for the prevention, nursing and treatment, and forensic identification of facial injuries.

摘要: 目的 利用对应分析法筛选发生面部损伤的高风险人群和高风险时间。方法 回顾性收集我国东部地区一家综合性医院近三年来急诊面部损伤的医疗记录,选取因打击、摔跌和车祸引起面部损伤患者的性别、年龄和就诊时间等数据,运用对应分析法分别将患者的性别、年龄、就诊时间和发生原因进行统计分析,获得高风险特征。结果 打击所致面部损伤的高风险人群是40~49岁男性,高风险时间是春季工作日夜晚;摔跌所致面部损伤的高风险人群是0~9岁儿童和80岁以上老人,高风险时间是夏季休息日夜晚;车祸所致面部损伤的高风险人群是50~59岁女性,高风险时间是冬季工作日夜晚。结论 利用对应分析法,可以鲜明直观地显示由不同原因导致人体面部损伤的高风险特征,该方法可为面部损伤的事前预防、事中护理治疗和事后原因鉴定提供帮助。
