Abstract: Forensic appraisal system is an important basis for maintaining forensic authority and enhancing forensic system credibility. The current status of China's forensic appraisal legislation and management system face many problems and dilemmas. There are problems such as imperfect systems, insufficient supporting policies and unbalanced development, which are not conducive to the full play of the role of forensic appraisal and bring negative impact on forensic credibility. The fundamental reason is that China has not yet established a specialized Forensic Appraisal Law. The unified legislation of forensic appraisal is very urgent and necessary, which is the institutional guarantee to improve the unified forensic appraisal management system. In order to enhance the credibility of forensic appraisal, we should accelerate the process of legislation of forensic appraisal, promote the enactment of the Forensic Appraisal Law, improve the standardized and unified forensic appraisal management system, perfect the system of forensic appraisal institutions and forensic appraisers, and strengthen the construction of other relevant supporting systems

摘要： 司法鉴定制度是维护司法权威、提升司法公信力的重要基础。然而我国当前司法鉴定立法现状和管理体制面临制度不够完善、政策不够配套、发展不够平衡等问题，不利于司法鉴定作用的充分发挥,给司法公信力带来一定的负面影响，根本原因在于我国尚未制定专门的《司法鉴定法》。《司法鉴定法》是健全统一司法鉴定管理体制的制度保障。因此，司法鉴定统一立法势在必行。为提升司法鉴定制度公信力，应加快推动司法鉴定法治化进程，促进《司法鉴定法》尽早出台，健全规范统一的司法鉴定管理体制，完善司法鉴定机构和司法鉴定人制度，加强其他相关配套制度建设。
