Abstract: As a critical component of modern judicial evidence practice, forensic appraisal serves as an essential method for ascertaining case facts. It occupies a central role among forms of evidence and directly influences trial outcomes and realization of judicial justice. In 2005, the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress adopted the Decision on the Administration of Forensic Appraisal. In thorough compliance with national requirements, the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has actively advanced the specialization, standardization, and systematization of forensic appraisal, achieving notable results. However, alongside increasing societal complexity and diverse challenges within the industry, pressing issues have emerged in the Region regarding the structure, distribution, and personnel composition of forensic appraisal institutions. Building on the existing institutional framework and operational mechanisms, this study proposes focusing on six key areas: Party building, integrity in practice, scientific advancement, administrative governance, association-led supervision, and egulatory improvement, with the aim of fostering long-term, stable, and sound development of the forensic appraisal industry in  Inner Mongolia.

摘要： 司法鉴定作为现代司法证明活动的关键组成部分，是查明案件事实的重要方法和手段，不仅在证据形式中居于核心地位，更是直接影响案件审理结果与司法正义的实现。2005年，全国人民代表大会常务委员会通过《关于司法鉴定管理问题的决定》，内蒙古自治区深入贯彻落实国家要求，积极推进司法鉴定工作专业化、智能化、制度化，取得了显著成绩。但随着社会生活的复杂化及行业衍生问题的多样化，内蒙古自治区司法鉴定在机构设置、机构分布以及人员结构方面存在亟需解决的问题。对此，需要在已有机构设置与制度运行基础上，从党建引领、诚信执业、科学发展、行政管理、协会监管和条例制定六个方面重点发力，以期推动内蒙古自治区司法鉴定行业长效稳定、健康有序地良性发展。
