丙泊酚不良反应及法医病理学研究现状

Adverse Effects of Propofol and Current Status of Forensic Pathology Studies

摘要: 丙泊酚是目前临床上最常用的麻醉镇静药之一。其有着起效快、患者苏醒迅速且完全、持续输注后无积蓄等优点。但近来有研究发现,丙泊酚可能存在潜在的成瘾性,同时丙泊酚有着过敏、呼吸抑制、引起心血管舒张等不良反应。随着丙泊酚使用范围的变广,因丙泊酚使用不当而引起的死亡也逐渐增多。法医面临该类案件时,应充分掌握丙泊酚的药物作用机理、不良反应、死亡所致法医病理学改变和丙泊酚中毒致死量等相关知识。通过检索大量有关丙泊酚的文献,对丙泊酚的药理作用、各类不良反应、中毒致死的法医病理学改变以及中毒致死量等内容进行了系统综述,以供参考。

Abstract: Propofol is one of the most commonly used anesthetic sedative drugs in clinical practice. It has the advantages of rapid onset of action, rapid and complete patient resuscitation, and no accumulation after continuous infusion. However, recent studies have shown that propofol may be potentially addictive, and it is associated with allergy, respiratory depression, cardiovascular disease and other adverse reactions. As the use of propofol has become more widespread, the number of deaths due to improper use of propofol has increasing. When forensic pathologists are faced with such cases, they should fully understand the related knowledge of the mechanism and adverse effects of propofol, forensic pathological changes caused by death, and propofol toxic lethality. Through searching a large number of literatures about propofol, a systematic review of the pharmacological effects, adverse effects, forensic pathological changes and toxic lethality of propofol was carried out in this paper for the reference of peers.
