摘要: 合成大麻素类(synthetic cannabinoids,SCs)新精神活性物质是最常见、种类最多、滥用最广泛的新精神活性物质之一。近十年来,SCs常以香料、烟草、“电子烟”等形式在全世界范围内被广泛滥用。这类物质能产生更为强烈的兴奋,具有更强的致幻性与成瘾性,不仅严重影响人类的身心健康,而且还会给公共健康安全构成重大威胁。毛发具有较长的检测窗口、目标物较稳定、易采集等优点,已作为毒品滥用分析领域中的常见检材。通过综述毛发中SCs的分析研究现状,包括毛发前处理方法、分析检测方法、检出限、定量限和真实毛发的阳性案例,以期为开发毛发中SCs的检测方法提供参考,并为评价SCs流行性提供参考依据。

Abstract: Synthetic cannabinoids is one type of the most common, diverse and widely abused new psychoactive substances. Over the past decade, synthetic cannabinoids have been widely abused all over the world in forms of spices, tobacco, and e-cigarette. Synthetic cannabinoids abuse can cause psychosis, hallucinations, and in severe cases, it can lead to death. The abuse of them will not only seriously affect human physical and mental health, but also pose a major threat to public health and safety. Hair has been used as a common matrix in the field of forensic science, because of its long detection window, good sample stability and relative non-invasiveness. This paper reviewed the current situation of analytical methods of synthetic cannabinoids in hair, including sample preparation, analytical procedure, limits of detection, limits of quantification and authentic cases. The purpose of this paper is to provide reference for the determination of synthetic cannabinoids in hair and for the evaluation of the prevalence of synthetic cannabinoids.
