我国法医毒物学领域新精神活性物质研究现状——基于文献计量学分析

摘要: 新精神活性物质是法医毒物学领域近年来的研究热点之一,为客观、全面地展示该领域的发展历程与前沿趋势,以境内学者在中国知网(CNKI)、Web of Science(WoS)收录期刊上发表的法医毒物学领域新精神活性物质研究文献为研究样本,使用NoteExpress、CiteSpace软件对作者、机构、关键词等进行定量考察、数据分析,使用Gephi生成知识网络谱图。我国新精神活性物质研究的发展紧扣禁毒实践需求,不断更新技术手段并扩充对化合物的认识,研究角度涵盖结构鉴定、定性定量方法、代谢途径表征、毒代动力学与毒理学性质、毒情监测等。通过文献计量学方法构建了法医毒物学领域新精神活性物质研究图谱,以期为法医毒物学的深化研究提供参考信息。

Abstract: New psychoactive substances (NPS) are one group of research hotspots in the field of forensic toxicology in recent years. In order to objectively and comprehensively present the development history and frontier trends in this field, this paper took the literatures on NPS published by domestic scholars on journals included in China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) and Web of Science as samples, and used NoteExpress and CiteSpace for quantitative data analysis of authors, institutions and keywords. Gephi was used to generate a knowledge network map. As a result, the development of researches on NPS in China closely follows the needs of anti-drug practice. The technical tools are constantly updating to expand the knowledge of compounds. The research perspectives have covered structural identification, qualitative and quantitative methods, metabolic pathway characterization, toxicological and toxicokinetics properties, and toxicological monitoring. This study constructed a research atlas of NPS in the field of forensic toxicology by bibliometric methods, hoping to provide reference for the future research in forensic toxicology.
