Abstract:  In the field of forensic science education in higher education institutions, advancing curriculum-based ideological and political education not only aligns with the political imperatives of national educational development but also addresses the urgent need for cultivating legal professionals in the new era. The integration of ideological and political elements into forensic science curricula requires systematically exploring pedagogical components inherent to the discipline, strategically integrating external ideological resources, dynamically capturing educational opportunities emerging during teaching practices, and fully leveraging faculty role models. To achieve this goal, effective implementation necessitates innovating educational paradigms to strengthen ideological awareness, enhancing faculty competencies in curriculum-based political education, and optimizing institutional mechanisms to invigorate teaching practices: ultimately realizing the fundamental mission of moral cultivation and talent development.

摘要: 在高校司法鉴定学的教育领域,深化课程思政建设不仅是贯彻国家教育发展的政治要求,更是满足新时代法治人才培养的迫切需要。司法鉴定学课程思政的推进,应深入挖掘学科知识体系之内的育人元素,有机整合学科知识体系之外的各类思想政治教育资源,动态把握教学过程中自然生成的教育契机,并充分发挥教师主体的示范效能。为实现这一目标,司法鉴定学课程思政的实施首先要革新教育理念,强化思政育人意识;提高司法鉴定学课程教师的综合素质,增强其课程思政的施教能力;完善相关机制,激发课程思政教学的活力等,最终将立德树人目标落实到实处。
