新时代司法鉴定本科人才培养的初步思考

Abstract: As China strides into a new era of socialist rule of law, the field of forensic appraisal has transitioned from addressing the issue of “availability” in the early days of the the founding of the People’s Republic of China to tackling the question of “quality” in the development of forensic appraisal today. The societal demand for forensic appraisal professionals has been on a steady rise. In response to the needs of a law-governed society and the healthy development of the forensic appraisal industry, it is crucial to channel efforts into developing new-quality productive forces and to cultivate the forensic appraisal sector with talented individuals in this new era. The cornerstone of cultivating forensic appraisal professionals lies in undergraduate education. Based on the current objectives of undergraduate education in forensic appraisal, this analysis summarizes existing literature in the field of forensic appraisal talent cultivation, examines the present state of undergraduate talent development in forensic appraisal, and reflects on the cultivation of undergraduate talents in forensic appraisal in the new era. These directions may include strengthening the educational function of scientific research, promoting teaching and learning through competitions, combining “professional + practitioner” education, emphasizing the legal attributes of forensic appraisal, segmenting the teaching modules of forensic appraisal, enhancing the training of university faculty, optimizing undergraduate education textbooks, advancing the construction of forensic appraisal disciplines and the cultivation of interdisciplinary talents, and promoting the comprehensive governance of the country according to law.

摘要: 随着我国迈入社会主义法治新时代,司法鉴定专业领域从新中国成立初期解决“有没有”的问题,跨越到现如今司法鉴定专业发展“好不好”的问题,社会对司法鉴定人才的需求不断上升,为响应法治社会的需求和司法鉴定行业的健康发展,为着力发展新质生产力蓄势赋能,为新时代司法鉴定行业输送人才至关重要。司法鉴定人才培养关键在于本科教育,基于当前司法鉴定本科教育目标,分析总结已有的司法鉴定人才培养相关领域的文献,审辨司法鉴定本科人才培养现状,进行新时代司法鉴定本科人才培养的初步思考,可以强化科研育人功能,以赛促教,以赛促学,打好“专业+执业”教育“组合拳”,注重司法鉴定的法律属性,细分司法鉴定教学板块,强化高校师资培养,优化本科教育教材,推进司法鉴定学科建设与复合型人才培养,推进全面依法治国。
